Information you choose to provide
If you contact us through WhatsApp or another support channel, you may provide contact details and information needed to answer a question or process an order. Do not send passwords or payment credentials through public forms or public messages.
Website analytics
The site supports Google Analytics configuration. Analytics is enabled only when a valid GA4 measurement ID is added to the site configuration. When enabled, Google may process usage information according to its own policies and the consent requirements that apply to the site.
Technical request data
Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and requested URLs for website delivery, security and abuse prevention.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and any payment provider used during an order operate under their own privacy terms. The static website does not ask you to enter card details into the order modal.
Your choices
You can choose not to contact support or provide optional information. If analytics is enabled, available browser or consent controls can be used as applicable.
